Ahead of a dark siege twist being lined up on Corrie, one villain makes his exit plan but asks another fan favourite to flee with him. Elsewhere, one character’s big health secret is revealed to viewers, and with that we also find out what they have been planning with another character for months.
Then there’s the fallout to a shocking murder confession, and next week two residents of Walford will be accused of killing someone leading to big twists. Here’s all the biggest moments ahead on the soaps next week…

Joe Tate’s secret finally revealed on Emmerdale
Joe Tate’s health diagnosis and what is wrong with him is finally exposed next week. With that we will also learn what he’s hiding in that mystery black case, as well as what he’s plotting with Dr Crowley.
For weeks we’ve seen him collapsing or in pain, while he’s also had secret calls and meet-ups with Crowley, and he’s got loads of pills hidden in a bag. Things turned sinister when he appeared to drug his brother Noah Dingle, with it looking like they were testing him for something.
Viewers are convinced that his big secret is that he needs an organ transplant, and he could be targeting people in the village. New spoilers have teased what it is that he’s hiding, with it confirmed he definitely is sick.
Spoilers reveal that he has an illness or a health issue that is going to be revealed onscreen next week, however it will not be given away ahead of the episode. Viewers will also see Joe’s mystery plan with Dr Crowley come to light next week in full, as we finally find out what the pair have been plotting for weeks.

On the run from police, villain Rob Donovan makes his return once more to the cobbles next week where he puts his plan to flee in motion. But it could lead to a second surprise exit, as he makes a plea to Tracy Barlow.
The police have still yet to catch Rob who escaped prison weeks ago, and soon there’s a devastating siege twist. But before this, Tracy is stunned to bump into her killer ex after so many years.
As old feelings resurface, Rob suggests to Tracy that they make a go of things and flee Weatherfield for good together. But will Tracy really commit to a life on the run with Rob, after it didn’t exactly go down well the last time?
Spoilers leave it at that, and they do not reveal what happens next. So it could well mean based on those alone that Tracy and Rob will exit the show, while there is also a siege twist on the way.
Nicola Mitchell murder twist on EastEnders
There’s murder bombshells and huge accusations
Two characters face a murder accusation in a twist next week on EastEnders, off the back of Nicola Mitchell claiming her ex-husband Teddy Mitchell is a killer. In scenes this week she claimed Teddy had a dark past, before implying that he murdered their son Harry’s missing ex-girlfriend Shireen.
Viewers know shortly after Harry Mitchell came into the show, it was revealed his ex Shireen had gone missing and was feared dead. Harry faced accusations of killing her, but next week it’s his mum Nicola and dad Teddy who are accused by missing Shireen’s brother Asad.
It hits a nerve with Harry who soon confronts his father, fearing Teddy is hiding something. Nicola meanwhile is acting weirdly, and she meets with a mystery newcomer called Benji and demands to know the whereabouts of missing Shireen.
But who is Benji and what does he know about what happened to her, and why would Nicola be asking him such a question? Whether Nicola is telling the truth about Teddy remains to be seen.
