The actress pouted for the camera as she held up her house keys, writing, “New home day.”

The blonde bombshell went for a casual look in a purple hoodie while standing beside a set of steps with a huge glass panel.

It’s not the only major change in her life as it was announced last month that she will come back to the cobbles for a guest appearance in the coming weeks.

Kimberly will reprise her role as escort Nicky Wheatley for an unconfirmed number of episodes after leaving the ITV soap two years ago.

While the details of her return plot are underwraps, it is believed it will be in connection to her character’s pal, Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard).

Daniel developed up an unexpected friendship with Nicky after enlisting her services following his wife Sinead Tinker’s death, with Nicky looking very similar to his late spouse.

Since bidding farewell to the soap, Kimberly now has a new career in reupholstering.

Her business Hart-Work reworks clothing and vintage wear.

Kimberly’s character Nicky first appeared on Coronation Street in June 2020 as a love interest for Daniel.

She initially left just four months later but in December 2021 Kimberly announced that was returning to the Cobbles in 2022.

Speaking of her exit last year, she said: “So it’s not a case of leaving Corrie. It’s more that I came back for a storyline which for now has been completed.”
