Coronation Street spoilers reveal sad exit, Rowan’s ‘revenge’ and a villain exposed

Coronation Street airs some big twists and turns in the fallout to the truth about Lauren Bolton’s disappearance being exposed.

While nothing linked to Lauren specifically is revealed in new spoilers that dropped on Tuesday morning, a number of characters involved in this week’s big week of episodes do feature. Fresh from drama and twists regarding Lauren’s presumed murder, characters including Bethany Platt, Bobby Crawford, Nathan Curtis and Joel Deering are all mentioned.

Not only that, but there’s updates on the latest dark plots involving the likes of Toyah and Leanne Battersby, Rowan Cunliffe, Simon Barlow, Abi Franklin and Cassie Plummer. There’s new drama ahead from a possible revenge twist, to a huge exit and a possible betrayal or affair.

Either way there’s plenty of new spoilers for Corrie fans to process. The big moment of next week will be Simon exiting the soap after over 15 years in the role, as actor Alex Bain bows out.

Simon moves on from Weatherfield after recent drama, just as things escalate for his stepmother Leanne. It’s clear she’s hiding something as she shares worrying messages with a mystery person that could tease an affair is on the cards.

Toyah is still keen to expose scammer Rowan and his ‘institute’ which has reeled Leanne in. But she could end up regretting taking on Rowan, as a shock arrest looms amid a recent tragic confession – but is Rowan behind it?

Another exit could be on the cards amid Simon’s departure, as Bobby is an outsider following his false police statement being revealed. Amid a shock arrest, he finds himself packing his bags – but will he leave?

There’s some happiness too among the dark twists, as there’s a new romance blooming for two Weatherfield residents and one couple feature in a shock proposal. Meanwhile there’s some possible discoveries, as one villain is seemingly exposed – leading to one character fleeing.

Also happening next week, Tyrone Dobbs confronts his mum Cassie amid speculation she could be targeting Abi. Abi herself receives some upsetting news, as the person behind her deepfake sex tape ordeal escalates their campaign.
