DS SWAIN makes a shock discovery about Lauren’s disappearance and hauls Sarah Platt in for questioning next week in Coronation Street.
Corrie viewers know that Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) crossed the line as a police officer by getting Nathan Curtis (Christopher Harper) sent to prison for the murder of Lauren Bolton (Cait Fitton).
Kit planted Lauren’s DNA in Nathan’s van and framed him, while it later transpired that Lauren was still alive.
Upcoming scenes will see DS Swain (Vicky Myers) haul Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien) in for questioning, after realising she planted the DNA.
After denying planting Lauren’s DNA in his van, Sarah urges Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) to persuade Bethany Platt (Lucy Fallon) to drop her campaign against Nathan.
And Daniel tells Daisy Midgeley (Charlotte Jordan) that he doesn’t trust Kit and something doesn’t sit right about Nathan’s conviction.
Meanwhile, Dee-Dee Bailey (Channique Sterling-Brown) googles the jewellers where Joel Deering (Callum Lill) made out he bought Maeve’s bracelet.
As she looks at other items worth £300, she’s stunned by what she finds.
Dee-Dee visits Lauren in hospital, and when Lauren reveals that she’ll soon be moving to Belfast, Dee-Dee covers her shock.
As Dee-Dee points out the coincidence to Joel he gives nothing away.
Determined to get to the truth, Dee-Dee follows Joel.
