Coronation Street ‘seals two more exits’ including ITV soap legend in new spoilers
There could be some exits on the way, or at least planned, on Coronation Street next week.
One resident asks another fan favourite, who’s been on the ITV soap for decades, to run away with him. The character is actually on the run and facing a desperate bid to escape before he’s caught.
As the pair come face-to-face after years apart, could it lead to a shock double exit? Rob Donovan, who’s hiding from police after escaping prison last month, is back on the cobbles.
After a sighting this week he remains at large, and soon enough his ex Tracy Barlow is shocked to bump into him. But as she’s pulled into harbouring the criminal and helping him flee, she faces trouble with the law once more.
As old feelings resurface, Rob suggests to Tracy that they make a go of things and flee Weatherfield for good together. But will Tracy really commit to a life on the run with Rob, after it didn’t exactly go down well the last time?
Spoilers leave it at that, and they do not reveal what happens next. So it could well mean based on those alone that Tracy and Rob will exit the show, while there is also a siege twist on the way.

Whether Tracy will decide to leave with Rob for a new life together is yet to be confirmed. But Tracy actress Kate Ford shared her take on the situation.
She revealed: “She’s still got a bit of a soft spot for him, so she does let him come into the house without much persuasion. But she is shocked to see him, she can’t believe it. She doesn’t want to get involved in it, but she just feels bad that she’s not helping him because at a time they were in love.
“She says I’ll do this for you for one night but that’s it. However then he starts to want more and to stay longer and that starts to really stress her out. I think she’s moved on, any feelings for him are long gone.”
So when Rob asks Tracy to leave with him wanting to start a new life on the run, will she give up everything and agree? Or might she be the one that sees him sent back to prison?
Kate went on: “She says to him so many times, I’m not going back to prison for you, you’ve got to leave. Then the more he resists, the more panicky she starts to get about being caught out rather than being afraid of him.”
