Coronation Street spoiler videos confirm major death news as legend returns after a decade
Coronation Street serves up an emotional rollercoaster of a week next week and Metro has managed to get you a look at what’s to come with our brand new video clips.
The ITV soap lines up a number of big developments, with the Roy Cropper storyline reaching a dramatic peak as the much-loved cafe owner is taken prisoner in his own place of work.

Summer Spellman, meanwhile, gets the shock of her life as Billy Mayhew fills her in on Paul Foreman’s plans to take his own life when his condition deteriorates further.

Monday March 18
Two thugs sit at a table in the cafe watching Roy closely, waiting for their moment to strike. Nina tells Roy that she’s meeting with some friends to discuss the vigil they’re planning for Lauren and, upon her exit, the men at the table attempt to confront the cafe owner, but their efforts are scuppered by the arrival of Chesney, who orders a breakfast.
Chesney reiterates what everyone on the street is thinking in regards to Roy being under suspicion for Lauren’s disappearance, assuring the show legend that no-one believes such gossip.
After Cheney receives a call, he’s forced to cancel his order and the thugs at the table – who have been sent by Lauren’s dad Reece – take the opportunity to bolt the door and corner Roy, who realises that he’s in serious danger.
Wednesday March 20
Following an appearance at court, Dylan returns to No. 11 with Sean in tow, horrified to find his mum Violet, who was last seen on the cobbles 13 years ago, sitting in the living room with Eileen.
‘Hiya son!’, she says with a look if disdain on her face. ‘Got something you want to tell me?’. Dylan reels as Sean is shocked to realise that, despite his claim, Dylan never told his mother about his trouble with the law.
Friday March 21
Summer isn’t pleased that Billy is lying to Paul about his appointment and thus she calls him out on such a thing. Billy, however, struggles to hold back the tears which leaves Summer spooked and, knowing there’s more to this than meets the eye, she demands that Billy come clean.
In emotional scenes, Billy confirms that, when his condition deteriorates, Paul wants to end his own life.
The revelation leaves Summer shocked.
