Coronation Street star Lucy Fallon has admitted to hiding a huge secret from her boyfriend in ITV reality series Drama Queens – and he still doesn’t know about it!

The most recent episode of the series, which follows the lives of a number of soap stars, saw the Bethany Platt actress preparing for son Sonny Jude’s first birthday party.

While discussing the process in an interview segment, Lucy revealed that her friend had been a huge help, as he was good at everything, before one of the producers pointed out that the one thing he couldn’t do was repair carpets.

This led Lucy to admit that she had burnt her carpet with her hair curlers, before revealing that she had yet to tell boyfriend Ryan Ledson.

Explaining that she had been covering it up, she revealed her plan to ‘rectify it’ before the episode aired.

Luckily, fans didn’t have to wait too long for an update, as Lucy took to social media after the episode to reveal whether or not she had managed to stick to her plan.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Lucy revealed that the burn was still there, but being covered by a rug.

‘Can’t believe they have outed me like this sorry Ryan,’ she wrote, suggesting that she still hadn’t got round to telling him the big secret!

Elsewhere in the episode, Lucy bravely opened up about suffering a miscarriage before falling pregnant with Sonny Jude.

‘In the first year that Ryan and me were together we fell pregnant and we were really, really excited. We booked a scan and…,’ she said.

‘We went for the first scan and I didn’t expect that anything would be wrong and she [the nurse] told us that there was no heartbeat and the baby had died.’

She added: ‘I just feel like because we had experienced some harder times before we had Sonny and I think when I was pregnant with Sonny I was filled with so much anxiety.

‘To kind of look back and think “wow what we’ve created” it just feels even more special.’
