Coronation Street’s Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) is gutted when he comes round from surgery to find wife Abi Webster (Sally Carman) not at his bedside this week.
Kevin was recently diagnosed with cancer and was told he’d need to have an operation as part of his treatment plan.
As our spoiler video from Tuesday’s episode reveals, Kevin’s operation has seemingly been a success.
His sister Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) and son Jack (Kyran Bowes) are at his bedside when he opens his eyes, as Debbie gets emotional that her brother is ok.
‘Did that doctor give you a heart transplant while I was out?’ he jokes of Debbie’s tears.
He then asks where Abi is and Jack reveals to his dad that she’s gone home.
Debbie insists that she wanted to be there, but the hospital had been too much for her.
Abi is currently experiencing PTSD about her son Seb Franklin (Harry Visinoni) death back in 2021, having been triggered by Mason Radcliffe’s (Luca Toolan) murder earlier this year.
Kevin looks disappointed to not have Abi there with him, but we then see how she is outside the hospital suffering from a flashback.
As she’s tormented by thoughts of Mason’s final moments and spots a gurney with a sheet over it, Abi is drawn towards it.
When she pulls the sheet back, she gets the shock of her life – what has Abi seen?
