Friday’s episode of Coronation Street will see the moment Lisa Swain confronts her ‘dead’ wife Becky Swain after her fake demise.
Becky rocked up at the end of Monday’s episode, leaving Lisa reeling four years on from her wife’s apparent death in a hit and run. Friday will see the moment Carla Connor walks in to find her partner Lisa emotional, as she reveals what she’s just found out about her ‘late wife’ Becky.
Carla and Lisa recently got engaged, so how will Becky react to this? It seems she could target the couple in that she wants her family back after four years, and it seems it’s only the engagement news that’s triggered her return.
As for the next episode, the show has teased what happens. Carla returns home to find Lisa and Becky talking. Lisa is demanding the truth from Becky about her fake death.

That’s not all as Becky and Lisa’s daughter Betsy Swain will also learn the shocking truth about her ‘late mother’. It’s not clear what it means for Swarla and their engagement, or how the truth will impact Betsy.
The plot is set to continue in the coming weeks with new twists and turns. Spoilers for next week reveal DI Costello is involved, amid him hiding something from Lisa.
Fired up she head to the police station and demands an audience with boss Costello. He refuses to be drawn though as Lisa wants to have it out over what happened with Becky.

Kit Green warns Lisa’s fiancée Carla Connor about Costello and suggests Lisa needs to be careful, but he’s stunned by her response when she tells him Becky is alive. Soon, Lisa barges into Costello’s office and demands full answers or she will take Becky’s fake death story to the press – but what will he tell her?
Amidst it all, Lisa still hasn’t told her and Becky’s teen daughter Betsy the truth. Carla summons Becky and Becky breaks down and begs Lisa to let her see their daughter.
Carla encourages this but Lisa refuses to have Betsy hurt again, and tells Becky to stay away – with Carla asking her to leave. Later we see her watching Betsy with Ryan Connor, so will she make contact?
Meanwhile Roy Cropper rumbles the truth and admits he’s hurt by Carla lying to him about Becky’s identity, having figured it out for himself. Lisa pleads Carla’s case, revealing they were trying to protect Betsy.
